Refund policy

 ACMER Store strive to provide you with excellent customer service every step of the way. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds in US dollars, provided that your request meets the requirements outlined in this Refund Policy.

Return Process

The return process may vary depending on the status of your order. Please follow the instructions below to initiate a return:

1. Order Placed

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to acmer.service@outlook.com. We will attempt to cancel your order and issue a refund. The refund will be returned to your original account within 1-2 working days.

Please refrain from opening a refund request, as doing so may incur a fee from your bank and delay the refund process.

2. Order Delivered

The product is defective
ACMER will take care of all shipping costs for your return or exchange when the item was sent wrong, damaged in transit or otherwise defective.

Product without defects

If you wish to return a product after receiving it, please email acmer.service@outlook.com with the reason for return, receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that there will be a service fee and shipping fee for returns and you will be responsible for paying these fees.

Please do not return purchased products directly to the official without communicating with the official.

Return Requirements


To qualify for a refund, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • You must provide the original receipt and pay the refund service fee.
  • All products, packaging, and materials must be in good condition.
  • The service charge percentage will be calculated based on the total price of the order, including taxes and shipping costs.
  • Replacement of products after delivery is not allowed.

Refund Processing Time

To ensure a timely refund, please include the packing slip, order number and customer name with the returned package.

Once we receive the returned product, it may take 3-5 working days to inspect the goods. Once the review is complete, we will send you an email informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to your original account within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.
